How this site works Instructions for the TeamTracker.Net: Type in: www.teamtracker.net (save as a favorite). Make sure you have the right level. (high school or middle school). Type your school name in the search space :(then click on GO). Click on your school highlighted in blue. Click on the sport.  (football, volleyball, etc.). Click on the grade. JV, Varsity, etc.). Click on the gender.(Girls/Boys). You should see your schedule. To enter your schedule:  (for coaches and/or designee) Scroll to the bottom of the team tracker home page and click on login. Enter your username and password, then click on login. (same username and password for JV Var.). Click inside the blue square box, highlighted in yellow . Click on your division.(Varsity, JV, Freshman A, Freshman B, etc.). Click on schedules.(it is located at the top of the screen) Once you enter your schedule, scroll down to the bottom to see the schedule. (make sure you enter whether it is a scrimmage, tournament, non-district or district game, so that it will not mess up the district standings. After entering each game, always go back and click on schedules, before entering the next game. (this will avoid erasing the previous game that you entered) To enter your tournament games, add your opponents as TBA. After the tournament is over, go back and delete the tournament by clicking edit on the game, then hit the non-active slot, then click update schedule, which will delete the game.Then go back and re-enter the tournament games, because you now know who you played, the scores, etc. The athletic director must make sure that each head coach receive a username and a password for his/her sport. The 9th and JV coaches will use the same username and password as their head coach for each sport. Most of the schedules have already been entered.  Each head coach is responsible for making sure that their schedule is correct and that scores are entered onto the website after each game or match (before 9:00am the next morning). To enter your scores: Same as above on entering schedules.  (follow step 1 thru step 5) Scroll down to the bottom. (you will see the schedule) Click edit on the game that you would like to enter the scores. Scroll down to the box to enter scores. Once you enter the scores, click on update schedules, (scores should be entered).
